Behind the book

Author's Note

I wrote Forever Winter back in 2012 after I found out about an anthology call with a now-defunct publisher. I wrote it in two weeks, submitted it on the last day of the call, and received my first-ever acceptance email about two days later. Talk about fast! Even though that publisher soon went under, I found a second publisher for Forever Winter, where it stayed for years. Now, since I have my rights back to the story, I’ve added a subplot, an additional scene, deleted another scene, and edited it to better fit my current standard of writing.

I normally write spicy romances, so this sweet story is a bit of an oddball in my backlist. Even so, I truly enjoyed helping Susanna and Camden find their happily ever after.

Anyway, I have an exciting opportunity to share. You can sign up for my bi-monthly newsletter absolutely free.
