A Copper River Raven

 

Dark wings, coal black tail,

High above the river,

On a thermal you sail.

 

Raven flying high over me,

How far have you gone?

As far as the cold gray sea?

 

Watching us all come and go,

Summer and winter,

Above the Copper’s flow.
