Samantha Christy’s Unfinished Ex definitely did not disappoint. Even after 23 books, she still continues to add twist and turns that this avid reader does not see coming exactly which is nice in a world where writing can become a formula.
Christy writes a story that gives Jaxson and Nicky many dimensions that are ever changing along their journey back to each other . The story’s twist and turns kept me engaged the whole way. I love the Calloway brothers. Jaxon is considered the nice one. And man does he have his work cut out for him. Nicky knows what she wants and keeps reaching out for it. Love the second chance romance. But there’s so much more involved. Great story line. Fabulous characters. Another great story by Samantha Christy.

This may be my new favorite Samantha Christy book and that tells you something since they are all so good. Finished this book in 1 day. The characters were all so likeable and relatable. You can relate to their hopes and dreams, and all their flaws. I found myself rooting for both Jaxson and Nicky. Everyone deserves a second chance right? Incredible story of love everlasting. Unfinished Ex is definitely a must read book.

Life isn't always pretty. There are fun times, sad times and sometimes there are downright impossible times. Decisions are made. Hearts are broken. This book will take you through it all. Samantha Christy is the queen of emotions. Every. Single. Book. But she always makes beauty out of the chaos and gives the lovely couples a happy ever after.
