After James meets with his doctor, he has a life-changing decision to make a decision that he keeps from Katie. To him, the answer and the solution are clear, so he does not want to worry her any more than he needs to. As James spends his days in the hospital, he befriends a kind nurse named Ruth. Despite their easy-going relationship, James cannot shake off a weird feeling he has about Ruth...is she hiding something from him? And if so, what?
