What's a modern Earl to do?
George is one of the most eligible bachelors in England. He's young, gorgeous and a trained architect. He is also the 19th Earl of Ponsford, and that means he's stuck with a crumbling five hundred year old estate, a village that depends on the estate for its livelihood and a staff who disapprove of his efforts to modernize the place and bring in the cash they so desperately need.
Maxine Larraby is an ambitious, talented TV producer from L.A. in England shooting a series called Grand Titles, Great Estates, and she's delighted to stumble on Hart House with its incredible history and it's very sexy earl. Of course, she never imagines she'll fall for George and his ancient home off camera.
However, he's as rooted to his ancestral duties as the five hundred year old oak trees are rooted to the drive, and she's got a home and a job she loves thousands of miles away.
