Synopsis

Sunny and Steve, high-tech thieves who traffic in stolen identities, have tumbled to an opportunity for the biggest score of their young careers. Meanwhile, two L.A. homicide detectives are hunting a religious nutcase and serial killer who has been preying on the homeless in Skid Row. When a twist of fate causes Ray and the killer to cross paths, the killer changes focus from his unholy mission and makes Ray his next target.
