Synopsis
Aliens have invaded the Milky Way.

Behind the book
This series is set about 2000 years after "Shadows Fall" and you'll notice some of the characters are still present (due to hand-wavery sci-fi anti-aging reasons). This is an example of the interconnected universe I've talked about.
