Hunting Time (Colter Shaw #4). By Jeffery Deaver. 2022. G. P. Putnam’s Sons (ARC eBook).
I was looking forward to finally reading a book by this author as I have always like The Bone Collector movie with Denzel. There is action and a twist, but overall this story never had me invested. Shaw didn’t dazzle me into coming back for more, and I didn’t care for the swerve. The writing was ok, so if I try Deaver again, I will go with the Lincoln Rhyme series.
