Behind the book

As I was reading the biography of chemist Michael Faraday, a true rags to riches tale, I noticed a letter from the daughter of King William IV, imploring her father to give the prolific scientist a pension. But this wasn't a princess--it was his illegitimate daughter. Her mother was a famous actress beloved by the King but cast aside and allowed to die mysteriously. Well, someone had to get revenge for this foul deed and so, I decided another daughter, unknown to history—had to do it.
