Synopsis

Within the Branches of Alternity is a collection of short stories focused on alternate history. The tales range from Ancient Egypt in the reign of Akhenaton, where a young aide to the protector of the pharoah must solve a multiple murder. In the time of Joan of Arc, an amber smith struggles to preserve the best moment of the Maid's life. Finally, in the woods of northern Pennsylvania, before the civil war, a violinist tries save his dream of a new Norway.
