Winter Black takes on her second case as a P.I. when she is hired by a woman desperate to prove that her ex-husband is involved in deviant activities and thereby putting their children in danger.
The only “proof” her new client has is a crayon drawing made by her five-year-old child and a solid gut feeling. While the artwork is certainly red flag worthy, as Winter delves into the case, she begins to believe that her client is sorely mistaken.
