Synopsis
Who Loves Puppies is a story of Rusty and Frosty, two cute little puppies that come into the household of Mili, who is surprised by her father on her Fifth birthday. Faced with a hostile neighbor who has a crabby cat, the playful and mischievous puppies try to win over everyone with their innocence, utmost bravery, and sacrifice. Can the puppies save the day?
