Synopsis

From Book 1:

Ava Vaughan wants one thing – a divorce from her estranged husband. Their marriage was a mistake from the beginning, regardless of what her heart was telling her at the time. Seeing Cole stirs up old memories of what they meant to each other, but that time has gone. The last thing she expects from him is a flat out no.

Cole Jacobs isn't ready to let go of Ava. Now she's back in his life, he plans to keep her by his side, permanently. Not only will organizing the fundraiser help her fledging event planning company, it will also raise much needed funds for Cole's Lodge Drysor and the highly secret activities they undertake.

Being in close proximity brings buried secrets to the surface forcing them to face why their marriage fell apart. Now, letting go isn't as easy as either of them thought.
