Synopsis

Creative expression has a tendency to be therapeutic. Each piece created is similar to a mini therapy session. Poetry is shadow work. “Shade” is where I have released all of those deep, beneath the surface feelings, into the light. Where they will hopefully help anyone who reads this book, find their own way out of the dark. Or at the very least, not feel so alone.
