While training her search-and-rescue puppy, Emma Cantrell stumbles upon an infant alone in the woods—only to be attacked while attempting to rescue the baby. Emma and her K-9 companion race after the fleeing assailant, crossing paths with rancher Gunner Jacobs, who is desperately searching for his missing son.
