Synopsis
From New York Times bestselling author K. Bromberg comes the raw, sexy, and jaw-dropping finale to the Wicked Ways series.
I play to win, and I won't let anything-or anyone-get in the way of what I want.
The first time I met Vaughn Sanders, I knew I wanted her. Confident, intelligent, and downright sexy. I thought I knew how to play her game. I was ready and willing for the challenge. Little did I know she was full of secrets and surprises.
But so am I.
Charming a woman into my bed has never been my problem. It's the relationship part that is. They want it. I don't. But can you blame me? Broken marriages are how I make a living. Hell, no self-respecting man would let a woman own his thoughts, invade his dreams, and steal his heart. So how in the world has Vaughn done that to me?
I've fallen in love with her. There. I said it. But that acknowledgment comes with a heavy price.
Everything and everyone seem to be working against us, leaving us both to question whether what we have is worth the cost.
I'll be damned if I go down without a fight.

After the cliffhanger ending to book 1, it was a long, long wait for book 2 but it so worth that torturous wait! I devoured this book in a little over 24 hours and I am NOT a fast reader.
I didn’t think there was a way Ryker
could redeem himself and honestly at the end of book one I didn’t think I would want him to.

By 3% in I was crying for these characters. Not a good look on someone sitting at work on her break in a public area. Thankfully no one noticed. It was a late night but I had to read until I was done because Ryker and Vaughn (and Lucy). I just had to know how this was going to end. This book had all the feels for me. All of them.
But it’s not just all the feels that roped me in, because as a fan of Bromberg, l already expect all the feels. This book is more than just all the feels. I dare say is one of her best stories (I feel like I am cheating on Rylee & Colton from Driven by saying this). This kind of surprised me considering when I started book 1 I was thinking I wouldn’t be able to get into the story because of Vaughn’s profession but please do not let that dissuade you from reading it!!
The layers of the plot in Reveal come together in this book. And I dare say Ryker and Vaughn are some of her most realistic characters ever. Needless to say THIS duet is why I am such a fan of Bromberg’s writing. I was pulled in and couldn’t stop reading until I was done even though I didn’t want the book to end.
I give this book all the stars. All of them. It’s hands down the best duet and best book I’ve read all year.
