Synopsis

Adrift in a world they no longer recognize..

Hud, Jack, and new friend Porpi return to Earth only to find themselves 27 years in their future. Ela, Hud’s baby sister is now nearing 30; Evangelina, Hud’s accidental girlfriend is nearing 40! The boys can’t get over their much older parent’s age, or the world Hud’s mother has invented.

And their family can’t get over Porpi, the rescued alien!

Now fabulously wealthy from world-changing technology, Hud’s genius mother is thinking ten steps ahead. Leaving Kentucky for their wilderness lodge on a Native American reservation in Montana, the family plots next steps. There was nothing they could do to prevent the government from discovering Porpi and the alien Personal Transportation Device, so they devise a plan to deal with it.

Meanwhile, Jack is shocked to discover his alcoholic dad has been in recovery for twenty years and serves as the lodge caretaker. Protected by the Blackfeet elders, Hud and Jack’s extended family risk everything to protect each other.
