SP Sucheta Sharma witnessed the brutal murders of her parents when she was a four year old girl. Adopted by her father’s best friend Arun Makhija she has been loved, sheltered and mentored by him. But she cannot let go of the past. Sucheta is convinced that her parents’ murders are not the case of burglary it was made out to be. There is more to it. So she reaches back into the past digging into her parents’ case. With shocking results. She returns from a holiday at Dalhousie, her adopted parents’ house, to find her flat ransacked. Soon a phone call warns her to lay off her parents’ case. Then things take a bizarre turn. A girl is found murdered in an alley. Sucheta is chilled by the resemblance the girl bears to her. Dare she retreat and give up as the killer demands? Finally Sucheta comes face to face with the truth. And her world is torn apart once again. Read Mind Game to find out the mind- numbing truth.
