The secret societies, hiding in plain sight, behind a publicly recognized and celebrated successful persona of an expert in the very field they rob of priceless historical works of art.

The Codex series is the absolute best in romantic suspense, I could not put this book down and cheered for Abe and Sloane as they found a way to each other, overcoming their emotionally difficult younger years and upbringing, learning to trust and love and share in those feelings, so foreign to both of them.
