Synopsis
The former US is now 3 countries. The World Killer virus has shattered society. Genetic engineering led to the One Child Law, rendering it impossible to have more than 1 child. Breaking the law is certain death.

In late April 2137, the soldiers came to take Roxanne's baby girl. They would have left empty-handed had she left them with hands. In a world that is an odd mixture of rigid control and absolute lawlessness, Roxanne Grail broke Earth's most sacred law: The One Child Law, which forbids mothers' getting pregnant for the second time. Never mind that such a pregnancy was thought to be impossible, for Roxx and her daughter, Jessi, the penalty is death. Now, she and both daughters need to make it across the Sahara and to the frozen European north lands and freedom.
Follow Roxx, her daughters, and new girlfriend, Trint, as they attempt to evade her daughter's father, who just happens to lead one of the most powerful armies in the world. It is an exciting battle for survival that features robot armies, advanced technology amidst dystopian squalor, a rebel insurgency, and Roxx, who is determined to kill anyone who threatens her daughters.
So, it is Mummy, her two daughters, and Trint, against the world. Those odds suit Roxx just fine.
