Illegal fishing didn’t seem like it would be a huge deal to Linda Reyes, but she gets a crash course in just how dangerous it can be. Dark forces allied with just such an operation move to take over her favorite Caribbean island, and they are playing for keeps.
But when Linda and her crew investigate, she quickly finds out that something is deadly wrong though, as her targets always seem to be one step ahead of her. When all signs point to someone betraying the Coast Guard’s trust, Linda goes to the one person she can trust: Jake Header. Together, they just might discover a surprising foe hiding in plain sight, assuming they don’t die first.
