Synopsis
Sam Cabot has drawn favorable comparisons to Dan Brown for Blood of the Lamb, his striking debut novel. American priest Thomas Kelly is called to Rome to track down a stolen Vatican manuscript. Cryptic 19th-century poems may lead to the document, but he'll need Italian art historian Livia Pietro's help to piece it all together. Thomas suspects the missing pages hold long-buried secrets, but he doesn't know Livia holds a dark secret as well--she's a vampire. Yet even Livia's true nature pales in comparison to the devastating truth they'll soon uncover.
