Behind the book

This book began its life as a normal, contemporary mafia romance. I wanted to write a story without the crutch of omega instincts just to prove I could, but I realized having a contemporary amidst all my omegaverse didn't make much sense, so it got rewritten into what it is now.

Cadence has such inner strength, and she has to go through a lot for you to fully see it. It takes her a while to realize it herself, and this trilogy does have some triggers you should check before reading.
