Sweet stories with a Southern twang. Mississippi
About the author

I’m a Southern author and poet with a passion for local stories and local voices. You will see many of my favorite places appear in my stories and poems.

When I’m not wrangling words on the page, I love to garden, play board games, or snuggle up with my three cats and two dogs while appreciating my husband’s amazing cooking skills. #cheflevel

I am thrilled to have Willow and Ruffin's story out in the world! This friends-to-lovers, fake dating story just burned me up until I got it all down on paper. There is an adorable pygmy goat, meddling family, and more than a few fireworks ;) I hope you enjoy seeing this crazy, cozy side of Midnight Bluff as much as I enjoyed writing it.

With as much hype as there was around this story, I was really worried it wouldn't live up, but I loved every second of this grump meets sunshine fake dating saga. As a Star Wars fan, I was a little nervous that it would be too much of a Reylo fanfic, but I found the nods to nerdom subtle and well-placed.

Olive is my awkward spirit animal and I adored both her penchant for getting into tough situations from a desire to help people and her struggle to feel good enough. She has amazing friends in the book that support her.

And I. Am. Here. For a non-toxic supportive relationship! Adam could have easily overwhelmed her and bossed her around but he didn't and that makes him one of the male MCs I've seen in a while.

This is my first written romance series and it began from a fond memory of harvesting pecans for Thanksgiving pies and wondering how the big orchards do it. Several hours of Googling later, and I'd decided that I really wanted to write about the loves and struggles of a small town in the Mississippi Delta.

I adored Cress and Jake's snippy banter as they work together and eventually fall in love to the homey vibe of the farm. I can't wait for you to meet all the vibrant characters and get to know the charming and challenging town that is Midnight Bluff!

In Midnight Bluff, Mississippi, times might be hard, but you can always count on your neighbor to lend you a hand... or a cup of sugar.

A sweet, small-town romance series where every character gets a second chance at their happily ever after.
