Kristin Jacques Follow

Kristin Jacques is speculative fiction author and content creator from New England. She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Wells College.
On the digital writing platform Wattpad she was selected to be part of the Wattpad Stars where she wrote pieces for Warner Bros and National Geographic. Her flash fiction ‘Skirt’ was a winning entry in Hulu’s #myhandmaidstale, selected by Margaret Atwood. Her stories won two consecutive Wattys in 2015 and 2016 for excellence in digital storytelling.
Her award-winning dark fantasy Marrow Charm was released from Parliament House Press in October 2019. In November 2019, Marrow Charm won the Fantasy Fiction category at American Bookfest and in September 2020, won the Gold Medal for the Readers’ Favorite Award in YA Fantasy General. In 2020, she signed a four-book deal with City Owl Press for the paranormal romance series Midnight Guardians. The first book, A Bargain of Blood & Gold, releases June 2021
When not writing, she is juggling two rambunctious boys, spoiling her cats, and catching up on a massive TBR pile. She is currently working on projects full of magic, mystery, and delight.
