Kosoko Jackson Follow

Kosoko Jackson is an award-winning author and vocal advocate for diversity in young adult literature. He writes across YA and adult fiction, often centering Black queer protagonists in stories that span romance, horror, fantasy, and contemporary genres. His books include Yesterday Is History, Survive the Dome, The Forest Demands Its Due, I’m So (Not) Over You, and the essay collection Queer We Go Again.

In addition to his fiction, Jackson works as a digital media specialist and freelance political journalist, and has served as a sensitivity reader for major publishers. When he’s not writing, he can be found obsessing over movies, sipping a London Fog, or spending far too much time on social media.
