Retired family office consultant, JJ Kinkaid spent over 25 years educating the next generation within internationally influential families from the Middle East to Maine, mining to shipping to banking. She splits time between the US, UK, and EU but is no longer welcome in China or Russia.

The DAO of Kinkaid series features contemporary global issues highlighting local consequences. The Kinkaids are an ad hoc family working toward common objectives funded by the DAO, Decentralized Autonomous Organization. The novels promote strong female leads tackling personal and global issues with a cast of men and women supporting each other. Though we individually may not reach our desired destination, our work together ensures there will be a next generation to continue the work. Kinkaid is a modern combination of Middle English words kin and cade representing kinship of those forsaken. The Kinkaids have used many names over the millennia to shine light as force multipliers.
