I am an author who's day job was a teacher/trainer of IT & Computing up to March 2020. I am now an NHS administrator.

10 years ago I got a Jack Russell Terrier puppy called Eddie. He has been my constant companion ever since. 9 years ago I decided to write a daily blog about Eddie's Adventures. This blog was a great success gaining almost 6,000 followers at the time of writing this. A few fans suggested I turn the blog into a book. At first, I thought they were just being very kind. Then a few more followers and family members suggested the same thing.

I published my first book, 'The Adventures of Eddie Lightning - Six Sides to Eddie Lightning and Seven Days in the Life of a Superhero' on 3rd March 2020 in time for World Book Day. I now need to promote the book to a wider audience.

My books are written from the perspective of my dog and in dog speak to make it fun and light hearted. They are aimed at dog lovers of all ages from around 2 years old upwards. All of my books are suitable for adults to read the book to younger children.

I published my second book, 'The Adventures of Eddie Lightning - Shenanigans in the Snow', on 15th February 2021. In this book, Eddie takes the reader on an adventure in the snow with his best pal Coco.

Book 3, 'The Adventures of Eddie Lightning - Antics at Agility' was released in April 2021.

Book 4, 'The Adventures of Eddie Lightning - Laughter in the Lake' was published in November 2022.

Book 5, 'The Adventures of Eddie Lightning - Christmas Calamities' was published in November 2023.

All my books come in paperback and the first 3 books also come in e-book format.
