I have to say I wish I wouldn’t have waited to read this book!
You can’t help but love the big and scary, Hagen. He is grumpy. He is distant. But, he is committed to those he loves.
Rhea is beautiful and hides who she is to protect everyone. She has a huge heart for those less fortunate.
This book surprised me. I hated every time I got too tired and had to turn off my Kindle. The author gets you sucked in from the start. She has developed every character in such a way that you feel like you climbed into the book and are sitting around with them.
I am now on my way to download Mountain Reckoning, the next in the series!
