After twenty years serving small churches from Alaska to South Dakota as a pastor's wife, Jonna Hawker Turek returned to her California roots to start over in mid-life as a single business woman and author.

Jonna has published many articles on faith and ministry.

Writing under her maiden name, J.B.Hawker, she has published several Christian fiction novels. "Hollow" the first book in the Bunny Elder series and winner of the BRAG Medallion Award, was her first published fiction.

"Vain Pursuits" the second book in the series is also a BRAG Medallion Award winner.
