A graduate of Inter-American University and the U.S. Naval Officer and Surface Warfare Schools, Oliver credits his military training for the discipline that fuels his storytelling today. Written during a period of reflection in 2024, Dormant Angels invites readers into a world where dark forces manipulate reality—and where unrelenting faith stands as humanity’s last defense. Oliver believes that despite a world divided by politics and religion, the essential message of unity and brotherhood must prevail.
