My first book was published (not by me) in 2003. It was a pretty good experience, but when the rights reverted to me in 2011 I republished it myself, and was surprised at how easy it was to do. I made no attempt to market it though, and got involved in other things. I made a second edition and published it myself in 2020, and I have just (last week!) published the first book in a series, totally unrelated to the other book. So far I find indie publishing to be one of those things that is challenging but worth it. Oh, and definitely Team Dog!
