At the age of nine, Debra wrote stories about her plastic dinosaurs. Now she writes about romance, families and the Rocky Mountains. Her stories have finaled in multiple contests, including two Golden Heart - Romance Writers of America contests. Having been born in a small town in Kentucky that sits in a crater, Debra now lives in Colorado with her high school sweetheart.
