Catherine Matsalla Follow

Catherine has been a teacher, coach, and financial planner but her passion in life involves exploring the world, learning from others, and transforming it into meaningful prose. Her happy place is running and camping in the mountains with her dogs and spending time with friends and family. She is a successful Ironman competitor with the highlight of competing in the World Championship and in Patagonman in Chile. She continues to seek new adventures in life, sport, spirituality, and in writing.
