Cassandra Khaw is an award-winning game writer and a former scriptwriter at Ubisoft Montreal. Their work has appeared in publications such as The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, Lightspeed, and Tor.com. Khaw’s debut original novella, Hammers on Bone, was a finalist for both the British Fantasy Award and the Locus Award, while their recent novella, Nothing But Blackened Teeth, became a USA Today bestseller, a Bram Stoker Award nominee, and an Indie Next Pick.

Khaw’s speculative fiction explores interstitial spaces, unconventional female protagonists, surrealist horror, and the search for light in darkness.
