Irishman Caimh McDonnell is a former professional stand-up comedian and TV writer. He now concentrates all of his energies on writing books.
Born in Limerick and raised in Dublin, he has taken the hop across the water and calls Manchester his home.
Caimh's Dublin Trilogy (4 books) and McGarry Stateside series have been described as "brilliant comedic thrillers" by The Irish Post because of his trademark darkly acerbic Irish wit.
He also writes under the pen name C.K. McDonnell. C.K. is the author of The Stranger Times which was published by Transworld in January 2021.
