Anna Canic Follow

Anna Canic was born on April 14, 1987, in Odesa, Ukraine, to a Russian-Polish family. She is a translator and publicist by profession. As a creator, she has written articles, stage plays, reviews, poems, and a few song lyrics. As vice editor-in-chief, Anna ran two Polish art and culture magazines—Moja Przestrzen Kultury and Dziennik Teatralny. Her works have been published in various magazines, anthologies, and almanacs across multiple countries. Canic is the author of the historical novel Sophia and Cassius, originally published in Croatia. She is fluent in six languages and currently lives in Split, Croatia, with her family.
