Mae Harden does it again - a romantic, sweet, funny and steamy summer read.
I give this Novella five stars - not because it is a literary masterpiece or a deeply philosophical study of the human condition, but because with Mae, you know what you're going to get and she delivers again and again. Phoebe and Spencer's story is funny, sweet and - as always with Mae Harden - super steamy. Her characters are always relatable and engaging and her stories so well written and easy to read, you don't want to stop until you've reached the end - their happy ever after.
A perfect summer/poolside read - but great any time of the year.

My second Mae Harden and this definitely won’t be my last. It’s the sort of book with which I love to curl up on the sofa, have a glass (or two) of wine and just escape. This was my second Mae Harden and it definitely won’t be my last. She writes books that are just so easy to read, with characters that engage you straight away, with easy plots to follow, low angst and very steamy, well-written sex scenes. Just grab your favourite treat, settle on your favourite chair and let the world drift by while you spend a couple of hours in Mae's wonderful Sonoma world. I'm just really glad to have found this author. Mowed Over next...
