The cost of KNS Samooha maintenance is Rs. 50 per square foot. During the first year of ownership, the buyers must pay an advance maintenance fee of Rs 50 per square foot. The association will determine the monthly maintenance fees, which range from Rs 5 to Rs 6 per square foot, after a year of residence.
