I never know what to expect when it comes to Samantha Christy's books. She loves surprises designed to rip your heart out. And she's so good at them too. I couldn't put this book down. It was funny, cute, a little scary, heartbreaking, and heartwarming. A definite rollercoaster of emotions in the best way. I cried more than I should have because I had some happy tears too. I don't even want to say anything about the book because I don't want to spoil anything. If you've read her other books, then you will definitely love this one too.

What an emotional rollercoaster. From tears to laughter and back again, this book squeezed out every drop of feelings. I didn't want to put it down but I also didn't want it to end. I loved how Aaron and Devyn helped each other heal from their pasts. Aaron had his guardian angel looking out for him and he sort of became one for her. I thought that was really sweet. And the flashes back to White Lilies were really great too. Made me want to re-read them all again.
