Synopsis
Angie, 27, has never left her small outback mining town of Coober Pedy, and longs to explore the world. When her beloved grandmother dies, she knows that now is the best time to set her travel plans in motion. But while she packs, she comes across a letter revealing the identity of her father, a man she has never known: he is alive and living in Italy. So Angie’s summer trip becomes a journey to find the truth about her family, her past and who she really is. In Rome she discovers that her father runs a restaurant, and also meets the mysterious Alessandro, who is happy to guide her around the city. Angie begins to discover that there is more to her Italian family than she thought, and that she’s developing feelings for Alessandro. Can she help both?
